How does the payment work?
The annual subscription is billed yearly. If you are not satisfied, you can cancel within 30 days and receive a refund.
Where and how is the data securely stored?
Your company's data is stored securely on servers in Germany. We treat data protection and data security as a top priority and consistently align our processes with the requirements of the GDPR.
Is a free trial available?
We want to make sure you are well informed before deciding on Saleswave. Instead of a free trial, we offer a detailed demo to showcase the features and capabilities of our tool. After purchase, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. Please note: if you choose the assisted setup for €300, this amount will not be refunded, even if you cancel within the first 30 days.
Do you have a mobile app?
No, Saleswave is currently available only as a web app in your browser. The ideal use of the web app is via desktop or tablet. Especially the Meeting Genius, which generates a one-pager for sales meeting preparation, is best used on a tablet during meetings and when taking notes.
